Project Management

The success of your kitchen or bathroom renovation is only as good as the way it is managed, which is why The Inside Project has a complete six-step project management system that will take care of all the trades and supplies for you:

Step One - Friendly and Flexible
First click here (hyperlinked to booking form) or call 1300 THE INSIDE to contact one of our friendly Project Administrators to arrange an obligation free consultation. We will come to your home at a time that suits you.

Step Two – The Focus is on You
At The Inside Project we really listen to what you want. After all – it’s your home– your family. We use our extensive design expertise, knowledge and experience to show you how we can create a new kitchen that you can be proud of and can even include a 3D picture of the results!

Step Three – Quote and Plan of Action
We will then send you a quotation with all details and costs of the kitchen renovation. If you’re happy to go ahead we send you a Construction Program for your approval. So you’ll know everything about the project - no extras, no nasty surprises – just peace of mind. And we can even offer you interest free finance!

Step Four – Your Personal Project Manager
You are also allocated a Project Manager. A highly qualified supervisor who takes care of the renovation from start to finish and ensures work is carried out to strict
OH&S regulations. So you are assured the very best in quality, workmanship, and safety.

Step Five – Clear Communication
You’re also assigned a Project Administrator who will keep you up to date with regular progress reports and who can be contacted at any time with queries or concerns - so you have total peace of mind.

Step Six – Welcome to your new Kitchen!
When the kitchen renovation is complete your Project Manager will walk you through your new room to assess the work. We want to make absolutely sure that you’re completely happy with your beautiful new kitchen. Now it’s time to relax, indulge and enjoy!
